Top Contract Manufacturer seeking Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their rapidly growing team - expecting to triple in revenue size within the next 5 - 10 years - and serves the military, defense, commercial, medical, and aerospace industries. Under one of the company's best managers, utilizing your background in Swiss CNC machining, you will assist in set ups, programming, tooling selection, and continuous improvement initiatives.Client DetailsOur client is an 80+ Year Old, Full Service CNC Contract Manufacturer that specializes in High Volume Production. They are a Third generation, family owned and operated organization supporting a wide range of commercial industries including the Military, Defense, Aerospace, Medical, and commercial space. Right now, they manufacture largely firearm components, but are quickly adding a large portfolio of products for both Aerospace and Medical applications. Description

• Report to one of the organizations best managers, focused on active production
• Perform CNC Set Up Activities, Troubleshoot Machinery, Edit Programming
• Utilize your background in Swiss CNC Machining to troubleshoot and optimize Manufacturing Process
• Drive continuous improvements, utilize LEAN Manufacturing / 5S Techniques
• Create Relevant Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions)
• Work alongside operators and production personnel Profile
  • CNC Experience Required (Milling, Turning, Swiss Machinery
  • GD&T Experience Required
  • Degree Not Required
  • 5 - 10+ Years of Relevant Manufacturing Experience
  • Regulated Industry Experience Preferred (Automotive, Aerospace, Device, Defense)
  • Six Sigma / LEAN Manufacturing Experience
  • Programming, Set up, Tooling Experience
  • Quoting, Costing, Customer Facing experience preferred
  • First Article Inspection, APQP, PPAP, Validations Experience preferred
  • Structured Problem Solving Experience (A3, PDCA, 8D, DMAIC)
  • Bilingual a Plus (Spanish Fluency)
  • SolidWorks and CAD / CAM Software Experience (Esprit, MasterCAM)
  • Demonstrated communication skills requiredJob Offer
