  • OH License
  • 3 years' experience
  • Adult Outpatient work setting experience
  • Specialty Treatment Experience: Electron Field, Respiratory Gating/Breath Hold for Left Breast, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Gynecomastia, Prophylactic Treatments, Benign Brain Tumors
  • Specialty Cancers/Illnesses Experience: Pancreatic cancer, Testicular Cancer, Leukemia, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Graves Disease, Keloids, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Kidney Cancer
  • Linear Accelerator Experience: Varian TrueBeam, Varian TrueBeam Edge, Varian Trilogy
  • Documentation Systems Experience: ARIA and Epic
  • BLS
  • ARRT certification with corresponding sub certification
  • General Skills Experience: CBCT/kV/mV imaging required, Wedges, Emergency Cases, Aria, EPIC, Varian Tx machines are all preferred
  • Pre-treatment Experience: CT Simulation, Tumor Localization, Custom molds, Custom shield are all preferredOther Details:
