CDL A OTR Company Driver
Class A Drivers with experience and drivers fresh out of truck driving school are being requested to apply to this Dedicated account driving position. You will be pulling 53 refrigerated trailers running the Central and Western region with either daily home time or weekly (depending on where you live).

Job Details

• 53 Refer Trailers with a Dedicated account in their grocery division
  
• 100% no touch freight with a mix of drop and hook and live store load/unloads
  
• Weekly set home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
  
• Driver will run OTR for 4-6 weeks with training if under 6 months experience.
  
• Daily home time if you live within 50 miles of Harrisonville, MO (slip seat trucks)
  
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
  
• 1500 - 1800 miles a week.
  Pay/Benefits
  
  • .49 - .60 per mile depending on experience. Night and weekend differential pay.
    
  • $650 training pay, if under 6 months OTR/Regional experience.
    
  • $10 first stop pay - $15 each stop after.
    
  • $25 short haul pay for all loads under 50 miles.
    
  • $1100 - $1300 week.
    
  • .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
    
  • Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
    Requirements
    
    • Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
      
    • Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
      
    • Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
      
    • Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
      
    • No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Safety to review all criminal offenses.
      
    • Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of unemployment.
