We are actively seeking a -DIRECT HIRE -Maintenance Supervisor -to join our team in -El Dorado Hills, CA. This is a leadership role with strong growth potential and visibility across the business. Schedule: -Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday 6pm-6am

Salary: -$66,560-$75,000 DOE



What's a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You'll be:

Providing direction and mechanical support to all production mechanics
Monitoring work in progress to ensure a constant production workflow and timely equipment repairs
Maintaining parts inventory and ordering necessary parts
Monitoring and improving machine efficiency --- Coaching, counseling, motivating, and developing technicians
Verifying administrative work is accurate and following departmental procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:



Have an Associate's Degree or Technical/Trade School education
Have 5+ years of experience and proven proficiency in the operation and repair of production equipment
Have electrical and electronics repair experience
Have knowledge and experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Office
Have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high volume production environment
