Ferrero, home of Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Bueno, Tic-Tac, Butterfinger, Nestle Crunch, Baby Ruth, and many more iconic brands has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talented team in Parsippany, NJ.--Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for specific roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.Drive the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Continuously build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and performance.Generate reports on recruitment activities, including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.Make data-driven recommendations to optimize the recruitment process and improve outcomes.Who we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2 - 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a sourcing or full life cycle role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.--How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
