We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Hospital at Home team in - Temple, Texas . As a Hospital at Home Registered Nurse, you will have the unique opportunity to provide personalized care to patients within their homes. You will play a crucial role in assessing clinical and environmental needs, fostering a healing environment, and supporting patients and their families through education and emotional support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - - - - - - - - Provide high-quality acute care services to patients enrolled in the Hospital at Home program. - - - - - - - - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. - - - - - - - - Spend additional time at bedside assessing clinical and environmental needs and supporting an overall healing environment. - - - - - - - - Act as a key educator and provide ongoing support to patients and their families, ensuring they have the necessary resources and understanding to manage their care at home. - - - - - - - - Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications - External QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program MAJOR - Nursing CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
