• We encourage a human centered culture that honors the unique potential and dignity of every person.POSITION SUMMARY:--The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Development facilitates the growth of the organization through all phases of the development process.-- This position reports directly to the Director of Development as part of our Corporate Business Development team.-- This position will collaborate and liaison with the Market, Area and Corporate teams throughout the development process.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:--
  • Support the Managers of Business Development to identify, source, and strategically evaluate development opportunities
  • Lead site selection, preliminary designs, and cost estimates for development projects
  • Provide support for business case and proforma models for development projects
  • Lead and manage all permitting process
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Mangers, Project Execution in the development, construction, and startup of all development projects
  • Support acquisitions as needed for due diligence, capital planning and integration.
  • Develop and present reports to various levels of leadership that highlight project: plans, risks, status, budget updates, and all other issues related to development projects.
  • Mentors & assists the Project Development Team as assigned
  • This position may require travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships within the environmental services industry
  • Performs other job-related duties as assignedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:--
    • 10 years of environmental services industry with facility/process/operational experience.
    • Experience in permitting controversial and complex waste facilities and process.
    • Experience managing a project budget in excess of $5 million.
    • Experience in developing project development budgets and report.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
      • BS/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of general business experience, preferably in a capital-intensive industry.
      • Long term operational experience in the environmental services industry.
