_*Urgently Hiring Painter*_* Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6-am-6:30 pm* Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm* Monday-Thursday 6 pm-4:30 am* 14.50 an hour* great company with great benefits*Summary/Objective*This position is responsible for completing the main powder coating process.*Essential Functions** Movement of sandblasted grill guards into the paint booth.* Remove all debris from grill guards using an air hose.* Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.*Competencies** Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the companys overall goals;* Must demonstrate clear communication skills;* Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to, work orders, frame prints, and measurements;* Must be able to meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects;* Must be able to work with minimum supervision;* Must demonstrate competency in coating procedures;* Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as is deemed necessary;* Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including coating gums, pumps, compressors, heating units, tape measures, etc.;* Must be able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds;* Must possess successful problem-solving skills;* Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.;* Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations;* Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day.#INDLPJob Type: Full-timePay: From $14.50 per hourSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Morning shiftAbility to Relocate:* Shiner, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble More...
