Sr. Support Engineer TECHM-JOB-24350 Contract Location: Plano TX Skill: ServiceNow Basics - Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline. - Minimum 1 year of ATF experience along with 3 years of ServiceNow hands on experience is required. - At least one ServiceNow mainline certification is required. - Build and execute SNOW test plans, test cases, test scripts for both manual and automated testing. - Test ServiceNow Functionality across ITSM and ITOM Modules; Incident management, Customer Service, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, User Administration, Reporting, Discovery. - Experience in creating reports. - Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript are preferable. IBU/Funtion Head: Mandatory requirements: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to Lead work in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of ITIL. Should be flexible to work during any shifts (US/India) based on business need Results oriented and demonstrates ownership and accountability Analytical thinker, possesses ability to influence others and drive to correct solutions within contract constraints Broad understanding of Telecom domain.
