Overview:We're hiring for an experienced BCBA to become our Sr. Director of Clinical Services at our Lake Highlands Treatment Center in Dallas, TexasJoin our Team at Behavioral Innovations and Make a Lasting Impact on Children with Autism.Empower Yound Minds, Shape Futures!Qualifications:Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience.Desired Traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator.
