We are hiring today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Support and emulate company culture, standards, and policies and proceduresOversee production of all pastry goods for the market, including cookies, brownies, breads, cakes, puddings, pastries, and dessertsOrder and manage inventorySupervision and management of Pastry PlayersProvide constant leadership and trainingResponsible for employee schedules and labor costsEnsure quality and consistency of all pastry productionStandardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality.Maintain a safe, organized, and clean kitchenResponsible for Pastry Department cost of goods soldMeet attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policiesMaintain a positive work environment within the pastry department and the marketQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 5 years experience in all phases of bakingTwo years technical school or certified apprenticeship preferredAbility to train, develop and assess player performanceExperience in managing labor and food costAbility to create innovative desserts made from scratch and create recipes for high volume productionWell-organized with proven ability to meet timelines and show results through initiativesResults-oriented and able to set and execute department goalsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytic and problem-solving skillsCommunicate and interact professionally and respectfullyBackground in High-Profile restaurants, hotels, and/or resorts preferredEatzi's offers Excellent Benefits to all Full-Time Players!
