This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral SurgeonAt Nuvia, our CRNAs are efficient with their time, self motivated and always put the patients safety as the top priority. An ideal candidate has experience with practicing independently and with nasal intubations, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in the Center, which has a positive, engaging culture.This position isPRNReport at 6:30 - First surgery starting at 7am1099- contractorNegotiated hourly rate starting at $200/hour with a production-based bonus structure and a guaranteed daily minimum.Benefits:Guaranteed daily rate + pay for performanceDaily guarantee (whether you work or not)No Nights/Weekends100% autonomyAll CRNA PracticeGreat work life balanceEducation/Experience/Licensure:Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia programValid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.Experience with dental anesthesia is helpfulDutiesAdminister anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based settingCollaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plansEnsure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelinesPerform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risksMaintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse eventsStay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipmentSuccess in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient.
