Job Description Customer Service Rep / Clerk - Lubbock, TXThis is a full-time, non-exempt position.POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Commercial Manager in Lubbock, Tx, the position is responsible for actively maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers, haulers, co-workers, operations and sales staff at our cottonseed crush plant in Lubbock, TX. Will have daily exposure to customers in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for leading many aspects of daily and monthly reporting, filling, data entry, data management, scale operations, training and team support in day to day responsibilities of the business.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for providing exceptional customers service and support for customers.Represent ADM well by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast paced environment.Partner with the Sales Team to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and haulersObtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systemsReview, enter and manage daily reports as needed to ensure accurate and timely reportingProcess customer requests and respond to inquiries as neededProcess settlements and invoices as needed and help monitor accounts receivables.Cross training on all CSR responsibilities as well as scale operations responsibilitiesOther reasonable tasks as assigned by Commercial ManagerWork well with customers and logistics companies regarding orders and documentation needsManage and file Truck insurance and documentationAnswers phone callsOperate scales and cross train as neededWork with operations and quality team to enter reports and changes as needed into internal systemsEnter, track and manage systems necessary to set up customers, vendors and haulers.Key skills & Qualifications:Business SavvyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitaskService-oriented focus on both internal and external customersAbility to collaborate in and work as a teamA positive and friendly customer centric dispositionProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work and OutlookAbility to learn web-based and other computer applications as neededDecision making abilitiesAttention to detailConceptual ThinkingDiversity & InclusionInformation SeekingOrganizational AwarenessAnalytical ThinkingSelf-ConfidenceWould prefer a strong working knowledge of ADM's IBM systemPrefer 2-4 years of experience with customer service in the Ag industryExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
