* Manage the Weapons & Tactics program.
* Manage and teach PBED in support of CPT operations.
* Support tactics improvement program.
* Assist in the development of CPT training and exercise scenarios.
* Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.
* Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response.
* Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems.
* Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients.

* Active TS/SCI security clearance required--- At least 10+ yrs experience with the following:
* Weapons and Tactics SMEs maintain the highest levels of knowledge and proficiency of adversary TTPs, CVA/H weapon system capabilities, and Host/Network CPT Operator functionality
* Knowledge of, and can implement, the PBED (Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief) process
* Experience with coordinating with the Intelligence, STAN/EVAL section, and training sections on training/exercise scenarios.
* Knowledge of DAFMAN 11-260, Tactics Development ProgramSMEs maintain all training, certification, and functional qualifications required for the host analyst and the network analyst CPT crew positions.
* Must be IAT III certified
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred:--- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
* Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
* OS or Security Tool Certification
