We're looking for a smart and motivated Product Specialist to:

1. Help customers succeed with Photo AI or Gigapixel through answering questions and creating tutorials, videos, other documentation.

2. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and own the process of implementing them.

This is a true cross-functional role that will give you a masterclass in how a world-class team builds a high-growth tech product. Depending on how well you do, this role will naturally grow into a higher-leverage role in product, marketing, or customer operations.

  • Strongly preferred: You enjoy and have a good understanding of photography and/or photo editing
  • You have an unusually strong work ethic

    This is a unique role for someone interested in making a deep impact at a high-growth tech software company.
