Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityWe are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and result oriented experienced Sr. CX Training Professional to join our team.Key Responsibilities--------------Ability to introduce and structure new training courses.---- -- -- Develop and maintain training content.---- -- ----Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.).---- -- -- Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule.---- -- ----Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training.--------------Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) will be an advantage.We Value ----------------Highly desirable to have Industrial Safety Gas Detection Product experience, specifically Honeywell BW and RAE. ---- -- -- --Experience with deploying Gas Detection Products & technical customer engagement will be an advantage. ---- -- -- --Independently worked to launch any training programs. ---- -- -- --Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization.----This role demands more than 50% travel to deliver the training.Additional Information
