Summary
Family Healthcare Associates (Now a part of Catalyst Physician Group) is a physician-owned organization that has served the healthcare needs of the DFW area for over 50 years. The implementation of an EMR, a patient portal and our affiliation with Catalyst Health Network have all contributed to improved coordination of care and an enhanced patient experience. Qualifications

• Completion of US accredited Family Medicine Residency program
  
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
  
• Active or in process Physician license in Texas
  
• Active or in process unrestricted DEA license
  
• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  
• Ability to navigate EMR and modern computer programs
