Advanced Dentistry- Private Practice with Partnership/Ownership - San AntonioThis high-end practice is looking for an additional associate due to a retirement with future partnership available if desired. They provide state-of-the-art equipment and focus on patient care. The owner is looking for someone that is compassionate and patient focused. Advanced skills (sedation/basic endo/implant placement/etc.) preferred but mentorship and training on it is available. They are looking for a minimum of 2 or more years of practice experience.Schedule:

• 4-day work week. (Part time applicants considered on a case by case basis)
• No call or weekends Practice details:
  • 7 chairs with 2 dentists per day.
  • State-of-the-art equipment, CBCT, etc
  • Full sedation capabilities
  • 6-8 treatments plus 8 hygiene checks per dayFinancials:
    • Current associates earn over $300k per year.
    • Adjusted production 30-35% based on experience, skillset, and fit.
