We are a leading provider of behavioral therapy services, committed to promoting independence, improving quality of life, and fostering positive behavior changes.Position Overview:We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disorders.Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
  • Assist in the development of skill acquisition programs to target specific goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development activities.Qualifications:
    • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
    • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.Benefits:
