Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance products and services. Define and maintain a technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and initiatives.Lead transformation efforts relative to New Product Development (NPD) -- --Manage the technology budget and ensure efficient allocation of resourcesOversee research and development activities, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to support product development and innovation projects.Global customer interaction and solutioningBuild high functioning business relationships across Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations. Interface with technical managers, product line engineers and the integrated supply chain as well as support functions.
