Adecco is currently assisting a world-wide pharmaceutical company to recruit for a Part-Time Receptionist job in Austin, TX. This position will be the face of the company and should be welcoming, organized, and friendly.



The Part-Time Receptionist must be able to work from 8 AM - 1 PM or 12 PM - 5 PM Monday through Friday. Pay will be $13 hourly.



Duties for the Part-Time Receptionist job will include:

- Greeting guest and providing a welcoming atmosphere

- Badging all existing employees

- Mail distribution

- Managing supervisor calendars

- Scheduling interviews and team meetings

- Producing office communications
