Responsibilities:

--- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
--- Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close
--- Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
--- Develop strategies for using social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads


Qualifications:

--- Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
--- Strong customer service experience is necessary for this position
--- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
--- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
--- Experience in telesales capacity, telecom background is preferred but not required
--- High degree of self-motivation with a passion for selling and a strong set of personal goals for achievement.
