Job Number: 24-12016 Job Summary: The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Texts and chats coming into the 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays. The Crisis Chat/Text trainer's primary duties are to: - Provide training on chat/text training to front line clinicians. - Review chats and texts along with documentation of front line clinicians. - Answer chats and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments. - Complete initial screenings. - Link callers with the appropriate service providers. These duties are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein clinicians will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. These job duties are performed under the supervision of a Licensed clinician (LPHA). The crisis chat/text trainer works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools. Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule. Education: Required: - Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.
License: Required: - Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience: Preferred: - Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Hours: Full-Time. Workhours: 9:00PM-7:00AM. Workdays: Wednesday-Saturday. Salary: $28.53 an hour plus an additional 10% crisis stipend. Position may be eligible for differential pay: - Second Shift: $3.25
- Third Shift: $4.25
- Weekend Shift: $5.00
