Goodside Health partners with independent school districts, school nurses and school counselors to close gaps in children's healthcare through innovation and execution. Goodside Health brings on demand doctors and health services to students in a naturally comfortable environment and takes a whole-child approach, delivering equitable and convenient access to top quality healthcare regardless of residency or insurance status.We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our leadership team who shares the same passion for children's healthcare and has experiencing building a brand for a high growth company. The Director of Marketing oversees, coordinates, and participates in the development of marketing strategies and products that support and advance the mission of the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and passionate about our service offerings. To be effective, the Director of Marketing will realize the importance of working collaboratively alongside our directors, managers, supervisors, providers, and staff. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for building the brand voice and messaging it out across all platforms including but not limited to, outbound email campaigns, press releases, school district channels, conventions, social media, business-to-business and business-to-consumer.Essential DutiesOversee the development and maintenance of a Goodside Health's brand and ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Goodside Health's services to Schools, Districts, Families, and health insurance agencies.Implements and directs the organization's web presence, outbound email campaigns, program materials, and social media efforts.Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services, and analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company service offerings.Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research, building brand awareness.Collaborates with senior leadership to develop growth plans for the organization and align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.Effectively manage and motivate the Marketing Team to deliver on team goals, tasks and priorities. Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSSkills & AbilitiesExcellent relational skills and demonstrated diplomacy skills when interacting with both customers and colleagues.Ability to absorb information and distill it into useful marketing strategies.Excellent writing ability; content creation for all marketing efforts will be important.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Must have a knack for proactively identifying problems and addressing them directly before/when they occur.Must have the ability to operate autonomously and be a self-starter.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Must be transparent in operating style and demonstrate the ability to deliver good news (and more importantly) unfavorable news.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Salesforce (or related software), and all social media platforms.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred but not required. A combination of education and experience may satisfy the degree requirements.Previous experience with digital marketing forms such as content marketing and social media marketing. Experience building a market disruptive brand in technology, healthcare or education market segments.At least five years' experience in marketing and long-range planning required.Knowledge building and running successful ad campaigns using Google Ads and email campaigns using Pardot and Mailchimp (preferred, but not required).COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000.At Goodside Health, compensation is determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
