M&A AttorneyAn established boutique commercial law firm, with a highly collegial environment, in Dallas is currently seeking an M&A -Attorney -to join their team, full-time. -Eventually, this new hire would lead the M&A team at the firm. -The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses. -Skills and Requirements:

• 4-10 year, transactional associate, no litigation, experience in M&A huge plus
• Some healthcare experience excellent; regulatory, HIPPA
• Billable hour requirement 1680 annually -
• Good tenure at previous firms - not hoppyWork schedule is Monday - Thursday, 100% in office role.
