We have multiple opportunities for Human Resources Generalists at all experience and skill levels. These positions, located on-site at our main campus in College Station, Texas , are integral to the success of service-oriented, people forward changes.The HR Generalist will provide Human Resources and Payroll support to customers in the creation, posting and processing of Human Resources actions in Workday or related systems. Maintaining personnel records, processing payroll and preparing HR documents for approval and processing will be core of your daily work.If you are already a Human Resources Professional with broader experiences, your responsibilities include providing guidance on university, state and federal rules, laws and requirements for Human Resources and Payroll. Providing feedback and working with Central HR to develop and amend policies and processes and providing training, mentoring and team leadership will allow you to contribute at your level of expertise.
