JOB DUTIES:1.Present self at workstation on all scheduled workdays, on time, and with personal hygienethat meets sanitary requirements.2. Pre-rinse to remove heavy soil deposits and to wet the surfaces to be cleaned3. Remove meat and fat scraps from surface and apply foam4.Hand scrub equipment with green pads to remove build-up5. Repeat rinse6.Sanitize with proper solution7.Maintain area in proper state of housekeeping.8.Ability to interact with others.9.Performs all other work assigned by supervisor.SAFETY:Wear PPE (earplugs, gloves, and safety toed boots). Observe emergency off switch. Keep hands away frompinch points. Avoid direct skin contact with CO2 (dry ice).Ergonomic and Physical Requirements:1.Must be able to stand on concrete floors for prolonged periods of time.
