*Role: Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician**Location: 302 Hartman Drive Lebanon TN USA 37087**Duration: 6 Months**3 must-haves:*1. Mechanical troubleshooting2. Reading blueprints and diagram3. Repair of Industrial Equipment*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** Demonstrated abilities to perform mechanical maintenance and repairs of different Mechanical Power Transmission Components (Gear boxes, couplings, belt and chain drives, gears and gearboxes, lubrication etc.* Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and repair machine motion controls components (sensors, switches, actuators, motors, conveyor belts. Etc.)* Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and successfully resolve issues with Machine and Supporting Systems components.* Successfully conduct PMs on Mechanical Systems (including hydraulic, pneumatic, gearboxesetc.)* Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical problems and makes repairs as needed.* Performs basic welding, brazing, and cutting to fabricate items such as guardrails, brackets, and hangers.* Effectively uses measuring, testing and diagnostics devices and tools for PdM.* Maintains accurate maintenance records in the CMMS, Reads Pneumatics, Hydraulics Prints and Schematics.* Safely and effectively operate Fork, Scissor and Boom lifts.* Demonstrated knowledge of Power Tools as well as Machine Shop Equipment.* Working with and Troubleshooting Robotics is a PLUS* Performs other job duties as assigned.*QUALIFICATIONS:** Must have Vocational School, associate degree with 2 years experience in Manufacturing facility or High School Diploma and 3 Years of Proven Experience in the field.* Experience troubleshooting Mechanical Systems and machinery in an industrial environment.* Demonstrated ability to always work Safely (on his own and with others)Job Type: ContractPay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Morning shiftExperience:* Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Lebanon, TN 37087 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Lebanon, TN 37087: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In personby Jobble More...
