The prime candidates will work seamlessly with both attorneys as well as legal support staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. Responsibilities:

--- Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
--- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
--- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
--- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
--- Problem Solver - our clients come to you with problems and you need to ease their minds with a solution

Knowledge of estate planning and criminal defense defense are a plus.

Qualifications:

--- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed
--- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
--- Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
--- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
--- Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
