Description:Vital Medical Transport is hiring a Vehicle Service Technician (VST). The VST will make certain our vehicles are serviced, safe and prepared for response. This role will help our team maintain exceptional and timely medical transportation services, care and customer service to our patients. Vehicle Service Technicians will make sure that ambulances are fully stocked, safely maintained and prepared to provide medical transportation services.Maintain and clean vehicles to create a safe environment for the crew and the patients.Manage vehicle inventory daily to ensure each vehicle is fully stocked with supplies and equipment. Update the equipment tracking log and request replacements when necessary.Run regular mechanical checks including oil, washer fluid and batteries and report any maintenance issues.Work professionally to facilitate coordination of efforts between departments and crews.Drive vehicles as necessary to move and/or for maintenance and repair appointments.Other duties as assigned.*Vital Medical Transport LLC offers a comprehensive benefit package including Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance **Employment is conditional upon and subject to completion of an Employment Application, the completion of a favorable background check, Motor Vehicle Report check, Drug Screen and approval thereof by the Company, in its sole discretion.
