Job Description: The Accounting Client Integration Senior Analyst will contribute general knowledge to both Client Integration and the General Accounting teams. This work is client facing and will need a strong Senior Analyst to communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, accountability, and impact reporting. This role requires deep knowledge in accounting and project management and reports to the Service Delivery Operations Associate Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and/income statement accounts
- Prepare journal entries for balance sheet and/or income statement accounts
- Provide ad hoc analysis
- Develop process documentation, as required
- Work with project managers to determine project plan, timeframe, and estimates.
- Ensure tasks and deliverables are in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement
- Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
- Assist as required with audit oversight and requests as required during the busy season
- Supports readiness from Finance and Accounting process areas to onboard our client properties
Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in balance sheet account reconciliations
