We are looking for people who will greet our guests with a smile, while proving fast and friendly service.Caribou Coffee is looking for Team Members who have some restaurant, retail, or customer service experience. You should have the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.Primary Responsibilities:Greet and chat with our guestsCreate a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guestDevelop personal ongoing relationships with regular guestsPrepare beverages and serve food products according to caribous policies and proceduresStock and organize store merchandiseEnsure the dining area is clean and well maintained at all timesTake guest orders and efficiently ring sales using the POS systemManage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and proceduresEssential Physical Functions:Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
