Avera is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the team May be eligible for a $15,000-$20,000 Sign On Bonus with a 2-3 year commitment! - Multi-disciplinary rounding to optimize patient care delivery to include respiratory therapy patient driven protocols
- Involved in code blue, rapid response, high risk deliveries and arterial blood draws
- Adult, pediatric and neonatal ventilator management including nitric oxide and oscillatory
- Ability to participate in out of house transports to include newborns, pediatric, and adult Education and/or Experience
- Rotating 12 hour shifts
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner/Respiratory Therapist in the State of South Dakota is required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required within 6 months of hire date. Pay
