Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings. Position Highlights: - Student Loan Repayment: This position may be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

- The RN is accountable for direct patient care and of monitoring the care provided by other ancillary personnel.
- Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
- Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives. Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Current South Dakota RN License or 'multi-state privilege'.
- Current BLS Certification within 60 days of hire Work Schedule
