Job Description Join Intel as a FTS Data Program Manager! The Senior Program Manager applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope. -
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing. -
Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges. -
Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required. -
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines. -
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project. -
Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members -
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. -
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements -
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with a track record of successful project deliveries. -
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with broader organizational goals. -

Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications The candidate must have a BA or BS Degree and 9+ years of experience in: -
IT project management and program management -
Enterprise cloud analytics -
Agile/Waterfall methodologies -
