Areas of responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, operating production print equipment, bindery and customer service.

Required Education and Experience: High school diploma and 2 years experience in operation of printing and duplicating machines. Preferred Qualifications: Production bindery experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Production printing experience. Customer service skills. Job Duty: Operates production printing equipment to produce instructional material into comprehensive training manuals, as well as providing supplemental handouts. Provides training materials in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Essential Function: Yes Percentage of Time: 40 Job Duty: Provide exceptional customer service to teams, faculty, and program participants; provide, clarify, and exchange information on production print timelines, proofing, and policy, regulations and procedures. Works with OLE staff to obtain their cooperation in meeting deadlines, which may include guidance on formatting, content, or preparation of training materials. Essential Function: Yes Percentage of Time: 10 Job Duty: Operates a multitude of bindery equipment. Most material demands an enormous amount of time spent hand inserting color sections, spines, covers, tabs, pocket materials, etc. Essential Function: Yes Percentage of Time: 20 Job Duty: Proofing, editing, and making last-minute additions/deletions. Proofing of all output (page by page) to ensure equipment/operator accuracy.
