The position supports attorney(s) throughout all phases of litigation. This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, opposing counsel etc. Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and a team player.Responsibilties:

• Drafting legal documents, including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, interrogatories, motions and pleadings, according to judicial procedures.
• Legal research, including providing written analysis on statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources.
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.Full-time Benefits:
