Position Description Landmark Construction Company Inc., an industry leader in construction solutions for over 50 years and counting, is seeking a team-oriented Project Engineer. As a Project Engineer, you will support the project management team as needed to ensure successful execution of projects with various clients and subcontractors. The Project Engineer should have a strong desire to learn from the Project Manager and be able to execute the following specific subtasks of project management successfully.As a Project Engineer you will:--- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with construction documents.--- Monitor the delivery of needed materials for projects, ensuring timely deliveries and appropriate billing--- Review and track project invoices to ensure the appropriate billings and manage material needs--- Maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow--- Review, distribute, and track RFI's--- Work within a fast-paced environment--- Be an independent self-starter who will be backed by a highly supportive culture and team atmosphere--- Be prepared to travel throughout the southeast.
