We have a welcoming environment and believe in strong team engagement. -Website: -Position Summary: Under physician supervision, performs patient care duties in the medical practice, provides for psychosocial needs of patients, assists with patient teaching, administers medications, and documents accordingly. - -JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Evaluates condition of the patient and prioritizes data collection according to the immediate physical/psychological condition of the patient.
- Communicates collected data to other members of the healthcare team, as necessary.
- Follows the plan of care and recommends changes to meet the needs of the patient.
- Exhibits time management skills to prioritize care for patients, and manages time efficiently.
