Job Description/Responsibilities The Key Account Manager (KAM) - On Premise owns the Sazerac relationship of targeted accounts and helps to lead KPI development for regional and emerging chains in the On Premise channel. As owner of the customer relationship, the KAM will develop account specific Joint Business Plans (JBPs), submit for Request for Proposals (RFPs), maximize Sazerac distribution/visibility and develop/train execution sales team on programs and best practices. Location: Field based in Southeast (FL, GA, Carolinas, TN) Key Responsibilities (job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory and compliance standards for the state): Management and development of assigned accounts to deliver on volume and share plan. - Use KPIs to ensure execution of brand standards and channel priorities; monitor results and provide performance recaps to leadership.
- Develop and implement KPIs with the appropriate distributor key account team members to ensure focus and growth of priority brands.
- Establish annual distribution and volume objectives by strategic categories and brand priorities for on premise channel.
- Provide retail level intelligence to leadership including brand information regarding "hot brands", emerging consumer behavior and consumption patterns. Ensure seamless retail level integration and communication of new brand acquisitions.
- Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of program wins, collaboration opportunities and requests for help.
- Conduct necessary trainings to execution team and distributors to ensure success of KPI development in the account universe.
