Hemenway's remains a dining destination for locals and visitors alike and is proud to be part of the Newport Restaurant Group!About the Position: In the Kitchen Supervisor Role, you will supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation, kitchen, pantry, and storeroom employees.About You: You are passionate about food, have high-volume line and production experience, and are dedicated to the highest quality of execution, cleanliness, organization and team leadershipEssential Duties:Monitors ordering, receiving and storage of all food and catering related itemsExecutes and verifies month end inventories to ensure accurate cost controlsSupervises all back of house employees to ensure proper food handling, cleanliness of kitchen and maintenance of equipmentAssist Exec.
