As a CMT, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.What is our need:Full time and part time -First Shift (7am - 3pm) and Second Shift (3pm - 11pm)CMT Duties & Responsibilities:Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD).Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD.Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR.Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds.Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect.Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.We believe in offering our employees meaningful benefits.
