Please read more about Skills for Rhode Islands Future at the end of this job description.COMPANY NAME: Arnold Lumber-Seaside CasualJOB TITLE: Furniture AssemblerLOCATION: Coventry, Rhode IslandHOURS: 1st ShiftKey Responsibilities:Assemble plastic parts to form sections, frames, or complete articles of furniture.Drill holes and drives screws to join parts using power tools.Inspects and verifies the accuracy of the assembled article for conformance to standards.Works with other team members and operations to meet daily production goals.Other duties as specified by Management.Assures products are produced to the companys quality standards.Successful candidates will have:40-Hour workweek must be available for overtime as needed.High School Graduation or equivalent.Must be able to interpret visual guides to complete assembly of the product.Mechanically inclined, familiar with light production tools such as drills, routers, sanders, and tape measures.Experience in a production environment a plus.
