Entry-Level Production QA
Pay Rate/Range: $17.00
Hours: 6:55 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: North Kingstown, RI

Qualifications:

• 6 months+ experience as a Quality Inspector preferred.
• 1 year Machine Operator experience preferred. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits of customer mail kit products to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Ensure highest production and quality standards are achieved.
  • Understand client's completed mail kit product, including job sheet reading/filling, ISO/CQM requirements, process understanding, control plan interpretation, calibration and verification concepts, AQL, military standard concept and use, and non-conformity process.
  • Follow established QA procedures while performing internal QA audit function.
  • Proficient in QA procedures.
  • Audit jobs from Data Card, Hand Fulfillment, and Auto Inserting departments.
  • Support production floor by inspecting and segregating non-conforming products.
  • Validate new products/portfolios.
  • Maintain positive attitude and understanding toward co-workers.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required for major projects.
