The right candidate has an acute attention to detail and an inquisitive mind to challenge the status quo.ResponsibilitiesProvides 2nd and 3rd level support for all network, server, domain, and IaaS/PaaS cloud services in a Microsoft-centric environment containing a healthy dose of Linux workloadsProvides 3rd level support for the desktop environmentDesigns build, and maintains infrastructure solutions to meet the company's needsEnsures all infrastructure solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organizationPerforms recurring IT operational tasks to ensure the environment remains in good healthProvides on-call coverage for production support and other duties as requiredRequirementsBS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent3+ years of experience managing Microsoft desktop and server environmentsProficiency in hybrid and cloud-based compute, storage, and containerization solutions (Azure & Docker preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft365, Azure AD/AADDS, Active Directory Domain Services, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, DHCP, DNSProficiency in Linux server systems administration such as RedHat, CentOS, and DebianExperience with traditional and PaaS web application technologies such as Azure Web Apps, IIS, application load balancing is a plus.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies, and variable workload (container) orchestration is a plus.Knowledge of the Agile methodology, DevOps, Scrum, ITSM and/or ITIL principles.CompetenciesProject Management - Develops project plans, coordinates projects, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time and budget, and manages project team activities.Innovation - Displays original thinking and creativity, meets challenges with resourcefulness. generates suggestions for improving work, develops innovative approaches and ideas, and presents ideas and information in a manner that gets others' attention.Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative solutions, and works well in group problem solving situations.BenefitsCompetitive salary - $75,000-$115,000Comp-time and flexible work hoursFull health, life, disability, and dental insuranceRetirement plan with company contributionAnnual company profit sharingPersonal development/training budgetOpen, collaborative work environmentExtensive 2-week onboarding planComprehensive mentorship programCompany provided refreshments#LI-RemoteTherapyNotes, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
