This role has a $500 referral bonus opportunity!--Starting Wage $28.64--Programs, troubleshoots, and operates programmable controllers, distributive control systems and interlocking systems.--Performs electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work; installs or replaces circuit breakers, fuses, variable speed drives, motors.--Performs and assists in all operations maintenance activities. All applicable work is done in accordance with National, State and Local Electrical Codes.--Works on electrical equipment including but not limited to Frequency Drives (VFDs), contactors, overload devices, fixtures, switches, receptacles, and wiring.--Considerable knowledge of and ability to use standard hand and power tools and equipment used in electrical maintenance activities. Ability to use ladders, scaffolding, and operate hand and power tools in a safe, efficient manner.--Knowledge of process piping and related equipment.Knowledge of steam generating systems.Knowledge of pneumatic controls, cylinders, and valves.Knowledge of hydraulic controls, cylinders, and valving.Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, positive pumps, and diaphragm pumps.Knowledge of welding and pipe fitting--Uses the company's computerized maintenance management system (SAP) to record and access maintenance related information.--Assist the machine operators with troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.--Ensure all repairs are documented.
