BOTH SHIFTS!To learn more about our Selinsgrove Facility, click here!Competitive Wages and Benefits:Wages start at $17.65 to $22.25 per hour$3.00 per hour perfect attendance bonus to be paid at the end of each weekAdditional quarterly perfect attendance bonus of 3% and annual perfect attendance bonus of 3.5%$1.00 per hour shift differentialAdvancement opportunitiesHealth/Dental/VisionCompany paid life insurance401 (k) with Company matchTuition ReimbursementPaid Vacation - One week vacation in 1st year of employmentPersonal paid time offPaid holidaysReferral ProgramResponsibilities:Production General Labor positions are responsible for the following:Must be able to distinguish the different cuts of meatMust be able to pull product from conveyor belt onto tabletopMust be able to obtain correct size & color tray for specific product from an overhead shelfMust be able to determine whether a product is within specificationMust be able to quickly and efficiently place product in tray using correct count and placement for that productMust be able to place finished tray onto conveyorMust be able to move readily from line to line as required by product flowMust wear all required personal protective equipmentMust demonstrate the ability to react to change and handle any other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead, which may include assignments in other areasGeneral laborOther duties as assignedThis is a safety sensitive position.
