Our Values, Belonging, Collaboration, Responsibility, Passion, Over Achievement, InnovationA little about the role:As the Loss Prevention Manager, youll be working independently, reporting to the Director of Loss Prevention located at an alternate location. You will require a vehicle and a valid drivers license because youll be responsible for monitoring, investigating, auditing and much more across multiple stores. In addition, youll be accountable for the development and implementation of a loss prevention plan that includes asset protection, safety, and PCI compliance. The long and short of it is that you will be charged with decreasing losses through examining, reporting on and adjusting, when necessary, to facilities, customer transactions, scheduling, payroll, merchandising, cash management and all other operational practices.Working remotely in the USA.What were looking for:3-5 years of experience in retail operationsWicklander training or post-secondary education in Law and SecurityResponsible for analyzing data to identify trends in fraudulent and irregular activitiesFamiliarity with data analysis and fraud detections tools, software and technologiesProvide training and education to employees on fraud awareness and prevention, collaborating with training and other internal departmentsExperience with conducting investigations and gathering evidence.
