Iron Hill Brewery is looking for an IT Manager! The IT Manager is a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for leading teams and driving technological advancement while ensuring the organization's vital systems are protected. The IT Manager achieves this by leading a dedicated team to focus on system security, strong infrastructure management, and staying up to date on important compliance requirements. In addition, the IT Manager drives the ongoing development of new systems by managing vendor relationships and managing assigned projects involving cross functional teams made up of representatives from various departments. The IT Manager is expected to provide strategic insights to streamline operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives and business intelligence of the organization. Some Essential Functions of the position: - Team Management: -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software applications.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and technology partners, managing relationships and ensuring that vendor services meet our requirements and standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps that support our business goals and objectives What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT management, with at least three years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background with expertise in network infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building, coaching, and development.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus. - Knowledge of NCR Aloha POS, Loyalty, MenuLink, KDS, Hot Schedules, Open Table, MS Dynamics, MS SQL Server/SSIS, Windows Servers, Cisco Meraki Cloud Networking
- Ability to professionally present training materials, and directions to restaurant level leaders and to effectively communicate with Senior Level Leadership
- Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task on a regular basis with a high attention to detail and familiarity with addressing complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to adjust quickly to change.
