BerkOne is currently seeking a Client Account Representative to work directly with our clients to continue our lauded service excellence!WHAT YOU'LL DO:As an integral part of the BerkOne Client Services team, the Client Account Representative will serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external issues relating to the clients and projects you manage. The successful candidate enjoys building relationships and are multi-tasking champions that can lead the conversation and take initiative. You are a self-starter who can work alone, or as part of a wider project team, and excel at handling high levels of responsibility. Additionally, the Client Account Representative will:Work closely and coordinate with our technical and production teams to ensure quality, research and follow-up on any service delays, and help to resolve client related problems. Communicate with clients/sales staff/other internal teams by phone, email, or letter in a professional and courteous manner.Keep track and document all activity, issues, open items, etc. in various internal systems.Allow for a flexible schedule to attend extended client meetings, conventions, training, or dinners as required. Occasional travel to a client location is sometimes necessary.LOCATION + HOURS:This position will be a hybrid/remote opportunity, once trained. However, you will meet with your team via MS Teams to stay connected, and be required to come into the office for tasks as needed.
